Alfa Chambered HSS - Dodi Battaglia Signature

This unique Alfa model was specifically designed with and for Dodi Battaglia, guitarist of the legendary Italian band Pooh.

It is an honor to be entrusted by such an experienced and accomplished musician, who requested a refined custom selection of pickups, electronics, and visual elements for a one-of-a-kind instrument that already accompanies his latest tour.

As is Paoletti’s signature, this guitar is carved from aged chestnut wood and features a Canadian roasted maple neck and fretboard. The slim-profile neck provides exceptional playability, complemented by vintage-style tuners.

Although it appears as a solid-top guitar, the body is chambered. The absence of a rear contour leaves more room for a wider tonal chamber, resulting in a richer, warmer resonance.

The onboard pickups were designed and handwound in-house to meet Dodi’s exact specifications — an unprecedented combination of a 16k DB humbucker in the bridge position and two 6.5k DB Alnico II single-coils, wound with plain enamel wire.

The floating vibrato bridge with Floyd Rose® arm enhances versatility, supported by a 500k master volume, a 250k master tone, and a smooth humbucker-to-single coil split switch.

The OEM hardware, made of nickel-plated brass with a sophisticated satin finish, is crafted in three separate pieces to allow for easy setup access.

Finally, the custom white and glossy light-blue finish, together with the engraved Dodi Battaglia logo on the body’s underside, makes this guitar a true visual masterpiece as well as a sonic one.
