1. What makes Paoletti Guitars unique?
Every Paoletti guitar is built entirely in Italy from aged chestnut wood — a rare, resonant material that gives each instrument a natural voice and unmistakable feel.
All components, including pickups and brass hardware, are made in-house for full control of tone and quality.

Custom Shop Experience
2. Can I customize my guitar?
Yes. You can choose body shape, color, pickup configuration, neck specs, inlays, and hardware finishes. Our Custom Shop team will guide you step by step. You can start your project and configurate a custom to be quoted for you directly on our Custom Shop page.
3. How long does a custom build take, and what are the main series?
Production and delivery usually take 6–8 weeks.
- Wine Series: natural chestnut, vintage tone.
- Loft Series: painted solid-body guitars.
- Lounge Series: semi-hollow models.
- Signature: designs made for and in collaboration with the artists.
- Limited Editions: collector numbered artworks and more.
4. Do you build different body types or offer custom components?
Yes. We produce solid, chambered, semi-hollow and semi-acoustic designs. All pickups, bridges, and hardware are crafted in-house to perfectly match the acoustic properties of aged chestnut wood.
Requests for parts from other brands are evaluated carefully and approved only when they meet our quality standards, genuinely enhancing the instrument’s tone and reliability.
Sustainability and Values
5. What does being carbon neutral mean for Paoletti Guitars?
We offset our entire production impact by supporting eco projects since 2023 with our Climate Partner. Each guitar contributes to reforestation efforts since 2022 too thanks to Ecologi.
6. Do you really build “plastic-free” guitars?
Yes. All our instruments are designed to minimize plastic components, using natural materials like wood and brass to reduce waste while improving tone and durability. Some models contain less than 1% plastic — and this can be fully achieved upon request during the build process.
Authenticity and Ownership
7. How can I verify that my Paoletti guitar is authentic?
Every new guitar — starting from 2026 — includes a Paoletti Digital Passport, secured through blockchain, certifying ownership, authenticity, and materials. If you own a Paoletti built before 2026, you can join our upcoming Retrofit Program by contacting [email protected].
8. What can I do with the Digital Passport?
You can register your guitar, view certificates, add events, report theft, or securely transfer ownership to a new buyer, who will gain access to the same benefits. This ensures your guitar’s story remains verified and valuable over time.

9. How can I buy or try a Paoletti guitar?
Subject to your location, you can purchase directly from us or through one of our Official Dealers — only those listed on our website map. Full warranty coverage and after-sales assistance are guaranteed exclusively for instruments purchased through these certified channels.

Some models are available for immediate worldwide delivery. You can also book a factory tour — in person or online — to explore our workshop, discover ready-to-go models, and ask any question or curiosity you may have to your Paoletti Shop Assistant in Italy. Visits are available by appointment from Monday to Friday, and you can subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive updates and releases.
10. How does shipping and warranty work?
We offer worldwide secure door-to-door delivery via DHL. Every guitar includes a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship and materials under normal use.
11. How can I request service, assistance, or modifications?
