The first Guitar Digital Passport

A World-First New Standard for Guitars

Starting in 2026, Paoletti Guitars becomes the first guitar maker in the world to introduce a Digital Passport, transforming each instrument into a digitally certified and protected asset.

Every new Paoletti guitar and bass is delivered with a secure digital identity, permanently linked to the instrument and developed in collaboration with MyLime, the pioneer behind the Digital Product Passport model, already adopted across multiple industries to certify high-value assets through the years. The Digital Passport certifies authenticity, ownership, materials, craftsmanship, and sustainable practices, ensuring transparency and long-term value.

Beyond certification, the Digital Passport allows owners to document the life of their instrument, including custom specifications, ownership history, and key milestones achieved over time. Paoletti believes that an instrument’s value grows not only from how it is built, but from the journey it shares with its musician and through the music created with it.

As your music evolves, your guitar’s story — and its value — evolves with you.

Each Paoletti guitar becomes a lifelong companion and a lasting investment, rooted in Italian craftsmanship and secured by advanced technology. A seamlessly integrated NFC system allows instant authentication and access to the Digital Passport anywhere in the world, without altering the guitar’s appearance, feel, or performance, via a dedicated smartphone app.

This new era is open to all Paoletti owners.

Instruments produced in 2025 and earlier can be enrolled through the official Retrofit Program, granting full digital certification and access to future features and benefits.

With the Digital Passport, Paoletti Guitars sets a new standard for the world of music: an instrument crafted by artisans, enhanced by technology, and designed to gain meaning and value over time.

We created the Digital Product Passport to give physical assets a certified digital identity accompanying the instruments for life, and transforming them into a living legacy — something to be played, owned, and passed on.
