Crafting Brass, Shaping Identity
Inside Paoletti Guitars’ Handmade Hardware Philosophy
At Paoletti Guitars, every detail is designed to matter, including what others often overlook. We produce our own brass hardware in-house, from pickguards to bridges, neck plates to jack plates. A choice rooted in purpose, performance, and the vision of founder Fabrizio Paoletti, who has always believed in one core principle:
If it carries our name, it must carry our hands.
Why Brass, and Why In-House?
Brass isn’t just a beautiful material. It’s stable, tonally rich, and naturally ages with character. But more importantly, by designing and manufacturing our own components, we gain full control over every aspect of the production.

Tailor-Made Precision
Every piece can be designed to fit the unique vision of the player. No compromises, no limitations.
If you’re wondering what material is used for the silver-finished hardware components — that’s brass too! Our guitars’ hardware can feature the natural golden tone of raw brass, or a refined silver look, achieved through a nickel-plating process unique to Paoletti.

Certified Quality
With internal production, we oversee the entire creation process, from raw metal to finished part. The result is lasting performance, built to match the instrument.

Immediate Replacement Access
Should a component ever need attention, we can supply or reproduce the exact part quickly, without third-party delays.
This level of craftsmanship and control isn’t possible when outsourcing. It’s part of a bigger idea: when you play a Paoletti, you’re holding something that was created as a whole, not assembled in parts.
A Step Beyond Sound: Respect for the Planet
Our dedication doesn’t end with tone and touch. Paoletti Guitars is deeply committed to sustainability and minimizing environmental impact. As part of our ongoing efforts, we’re proud to highlight two key initiatives:
Tree Planting for Every Guitar
For each instrument we create, a new tree is planted. A gesture of respect and regeneration.
CO₂ Offsetting Program
We are actively involved in tracking and offsetting our carbon emissions, aiming to remain a carbon-neutral company.
We’re also steadily reducing plastic in our instruments and packaging. Many of our guitars are already 100% plastic-free.
At Paoletti, every choice, from the wood to the metal, reflects who we are: independent, responsible, and endlessly focused on the craft. That’s why brass matters. Not just for how it looks or sounds, but for what it represents.
