Once again, the protagonist is Paoletti Guitars. From its atelier in the heart of Tuscany, the company continues to create instruments selected on an international level. Each piece is entirely handcrafted and chosen by artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Brian May, Johnny Depp and Mark Knopfler, alongside leading Italian performers. Every Paoletti creation is built to be played, but also to be collected.
The exclusive event, held on April 2nd, brought together a select group of international guests, including Charles Leclerc, Flavio Briatore and Umberto Tozzi, contributing to a setting defined by high profile and international relevance.
On this occasion, Paoletti Guitars took part in the Goodwill Ambassador Award Gala 2026 as an official partner of the Monaco Ambassadors Club, an international network bringing together leading figures from business, culture, sport and institutions, promoting social, cultural and diplomatic initiatives.
The event was hosted at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, in the iconic Place du Casino, one of the most elegant and recognizable venues in Europe.
At the center of the evening was a unique, one-of-a-kind guitar entirely covered in a mosaic composed of thousands of mother-of-pearl pieces, designed and handcrafted by founder and master builder Fabrizio Paoletti. The instrument features the coat of arms of the Principality on its front, enhanced by Swarovski elements, while the word “Munegu” is inlaid along the neck. A work that required months of execution and absolute control over every stage of production.
The guitar was auctioned during the evening by Simon de Pury, reaching a final value of €110,000, and was subsequently signed by Charles Leclerc and His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco.

Proceeds from the auction will support several organizations active in social and humanitarian fields, including the Prince’s Foundation, Rondine Cittadella della Pace in Arezzo, the San Patrignano community and the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem.
Paoletti Guitars’ participation in the initiative was developed in collaboration with the Monaco Ambassadors Club and Robb Report Monaco, with whom further projects and events are already underway, connected to the company’s most ambitious artistic initiative to date: The Eye of Florence.
This upcoming project will culminate on October 2026 in Florence, with the presentation of eight one-of-a-kind guitars inspired by the stained glass windows of the Dome of Santa Maria del Fiore. Each instrument is composed of thousands of hand-cut Venetian mother-of-pearl pieces and is the result of years of research and development.
The project is carried out in collaboration with the Opera del Duomo of Florence and the international atelier Art of Guitar, a premium guitar gallery based in Dubai and a key partner in bringing this collection to a global audience, bridging fine art, music, and high craftsmanship through a shared vision of excellence.
