Paoletti Guitars at One Night for One Drop 2026

A one-of-a-kind artwork auctioned to support One Drop Foundation

On March 28, 2026, Paoletti Guitars will take part in One Night for One Drop, the prestigious charitable event dedicated to supporting global water initiatives through art, creativity, and philanthropy. onod25_program

For this special occasion, Paoletti presents a unique handcrafted guitar designed by Fabrizio Paoletti, created as a tribute to the connection between music, nature, and craftsmanship. Inspired by the iconic Wine Barrel Guitar concept introduced in 2012, the instrument continues the story of wood that once served wine production and now finds new life through sound.

The guitar carries a deeper symbolic meaning rooted in continuity, from soil, to taste and aroma, to vibration and music. For this piece, a genuine woody stem from a vine approximately thirty-five years old has been carefully embedded into the body. The vine originates from Tenuta Il Palagio, the wine estate of Trudie Styler and Sting, where it contributed to the production of the wine Sister Moon IGT Tuscany Red.

Paoletti has previously created two artworks using wood from the same barrel lineage, and this new instrument expands that vision. Thanks to the generous involvement of Dave Matthews, who will personally sign the guitar, the project evolves into an artwork that connects artistic expression, craftsmanship, and musical heritage.

Named the “Vine Sound” Guitar, the piece symbolizes a bridge between Tuscany and Virginia, reflecting a shared story of land, culture, and sound. More than an instrument, it stands as a collectible artwork created to inspire musicians, collectors, and art lovers while supporting a meaningful cause.

The guitar will be offered at auction during the event, reinforcing Paoletti Guitars’ commitment to projects that unite craftsmanship with cultural and philanthropic values.
